ASCC Limited and Rebain International (NZ) Ltd have announced that ASCC Limited has acquired Rebain International (NZ) Ltd as of today.
Rebain International (NZ) Ltd is a well-established and highly respected supplier of speciality chemicals in New Zealand.
The addition of Rebain International (NZ) Ltd to the ASCC Group further expands and diversifies the growing ASCC portfolio within the raw material and speciality chemical space. Rebain International NZ Ltd has a long and proud history of supply to the New Zealand market place.
ASCC’s General Manager Leanne Wilkins said: “This is a major strategic acquisition for ASCC. Settlement of this acquisition is unconditional and commencement date of ASCC Ltd T/As Rebain NZ will commence on Monday 7th November 2016.
